Kason edgemount cam-rise adjustable hinge with switch activator. Achieves adjustment with the use of an adjustment plate. The grooved side of the adjustment plate should mate with the grooved side on the strap. Leave the strap screws loose to allow movement of the adjustment plate. Seat door in place making sure the gasket seals. Tighten the screws. Install hinge cover. The cam-rise lifts the door to create a self-closing action. A built-in dwell feature holds the door open past a 90 degree angle. The switch activator mounts within the hinge flange. The switch is operated directly by the rise and fall of the strap. Drilled and countersunk for no.12 flat head screws.
