This is the only compression (non-magnetic) gasket that we custom make. Its most common usage is on custom made units with a latch. The gasket may be screwed, stapled or glued on and should mount around the door pan or with gasket mounting strips. If the gasket has been glued or stapled, we recommend using screws and mounting strips. For a good fit, measure the height & width of the door pan or the height & width from the outside corner to the outside corner of the gasket. It can also be used to replace black foam tape on older walk-ins. If this is the case, you may have to space the hinges. Measure the gasket to fit along the outside edge of any bare wood that may be under the foam and secure with mounting strips.
